Tsunami
In case of a Tsunami the hours of the evacuation process will be estimated and will be compared with the hour of the Tsunami estimated arrival. If there is enough time to proceed with the total evacuation and if authorized by Protection Civil/ Armed Forces/ Police and / or General Manager or Emergency Response Manager, all owners, guests and team members will be evacuated to the Terminal Turística (Bus Station near the airport) located at; Avenida Oaxaca, 71980, Puerto Escondido. The altitude is approximately 85 metres above sea level.
If the tsunami arrival time is less than one hour, it is recommended to go up to 4th floor and above to be safe.
If the tsunami was generated after an earthquake. It is necessary for the inspection team to verify that the building is structurally sound to go up before the tsunami impact.
En caso de un Tsunami se estimarán las horas del proceso de evacuación y se compararán con la hora de llegada estimada del Tsunami. Si hay tiempo suficiente para proceder con la evacuación total y si es autorizado por Protección Civil / Fuerzas Armadas / Policía y / o Gerente General o Gerente de Respuesta a Emergencias, todos los propietarios, invitados y miembros del equipo serán evacuados a la Terminal Turística (Estación de Autobuses cercana el aeropuerto) ubicado en; Avenida Oaxaca, 71980, Puerto Escondido. La altitud es de aproximadamente 85 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
Si la hora de llegada del tsunami es menos de una hora, se recomienda subir al 4to piso y más arriba para estar seguro.
Si el tsunami se generó después de un terremoto. Es necesario que el equipo de inspección verifique que el edificio sea estructuralmente sólido para poder subir antes del impacto del tsunami.
